Non-Recourse - No Repayment if Case Never Settles! 
Advanced funds are repaid to Funder only upon the case’s outcome.  If the case has an unsuccessful trial verdict, no repayment is due.

Enable Maximum Value of the Case
Everyone recognizes a case’s maximum value can be achieved when it goes to trial.  By advancing funds, we can often put time on the plaintiff’s side, helping them survive financially while fighting for a fair settlement.

No Credit Requirements or Employment History
The plaintiffs’ credit or current employment is not relevant.  Only the case’s merits are considered. 

No Preset Funding Limits
Our Funders have substantial funds available to advance on good cases.  Any amount will be advanced, from $1,000 to $1,000,000 +, depending on the valuation of the case.

Flexible Funding Options
If advantageous to the client, we will work with the Funder to advance monthly installment payments.   We can also provide graduated rates (based on term of advance) or monthly compounded interest fees.  Caps can also be applied.

No Monthly Payment; No Payment Until After the Case is Resolved
This is not a loan.  The advance plus applicable fees are repaid after the case settles.

No Interfering in the Attorney-Client Relationship
We will not offer legal advice and will not attempt to control the handling of the case.  The decision to settle or proceed through trial judgment is solely up to the attorney and the plaintiff.
